B’nai B’rith President Seth J. Riklin and CEO Daniel S. Mariaschin have issued the following statement:

We commend President Joe Biden for Oval Office remarks tonight calling out Iran’s terror network. Biden noted Iran is supporting Russia in Ukraine and is also supporting Hamas. Biden declared the United States will continue to hold Iran accountable.

The president also stressed that the United States is committed to Israel’s security and will sharpen Israel’s “qualitative military edge,” as well as ensuring Iron Dome guards the skies over Israel.

Hamas brought war to Israel on Oct. 7 with its barbaric and savage attack against the Jewish state, that has left more than 1,300 Israelis dead, 3,000 wounded and some 200 people kidnapped and held hostage in Gaza.

B’nai B’rith stands with the people of Israel, and with Jews all over the world who are now facing growing anti-Semitism.
